Nefize Ametova

Nefize Ametova was born in 1994 and now lives in Simferopol, Crimea
The artist is fond of creating decorative panels in the traditional Crimean Tatar techniques of kurama (patchwork) and kaplama (appliqué with embroidery), infusing them with the signs of “Ornek”. She learned embroidery techniques from Mamut Churlu.
