Ali Umerov

Ali Umerov was born in 1976 and now lives in Bakhchisarai, Crimea.

The master is interested in creating a variety of items in copper, from artistic dishes to jewelry. He independently restored the ancient technology of creating the shape of copper dishes from a single piece of metal. Ali makes both original pieces and copies of ancient objects.

The desired shapes are achieved by forging technique, and the surfaces are decorated with symbols and ornamental compositions “Ornek” by engraving.

Moreover, Ali, like a real wizard-alchemist , knows how to give his copper items, by means of tinning, a real silver luster.

The master is the author of decorative ornamental graphic panels.

He is a member of the creative association “Chatyr-Dag”
