Yuliia Tulupova was born in 1986 and now lives in Bakhchysarai, Crimea.
The master works in various kinds of Crimean Tatar decorative arts; she is a brave innovator and, at the same time, the keeper of traditions. In the arsenal of her works there are both modern decorative panels (made in kaplama technique - appliqué with embroidery) and decorative towels performed in ancient Tatar ishleme Crimean Tatar embroidery technique; shopper-bags and decorated with gold traditional Crimean Tatar costumes. No matter if Yuliia creates clothes, ceramics, or graphic panels, she always refers to the elements of Ornek ornament.
